Frequently asked questions
We take all bookings via email, were more than happy to have a phone chat to discuss your requirements however we follow up this conversation via email to track our bookings throughout. If you have not had a reply to an email please feel free to contact us and please don't assume its booked. As owner operators were in the kitchen all day and admin in the afternoon. This also applies to less than 48 hours notice, its best to give us a call to make sure we have space :) Please provide the name of your business and any other invoicing details such as references and PO numbers with your enquiry.
If you are close to booking and want a detailed quote we can send a no obligation quote to make sure you're happy.
Once you are ready to book in your event date to secure, we charge a non-refundable deposit of $500 to secure the date.
This comes off the final bill. Reasons for this is to cover any staff wages if times go over.
Please note also the deposit is non-refundable because dates are often booked out well in advance, and once we secure a date for an event, we often turn away many other bookings. If some reason you cannot make this booking this ensures our time and services are covered within the cancellation.
