We handle everything from initial planning to final cleanup, ensuring your celebration runs smoothly. We cater to all dietary requirements, including vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free options, with clear menu labeling for guest convenience. Whether you're hosting an intimate home wedding or a large venue celebration, we provide all necessary equipment including chafing dishes, serving ware, and can arrange our mobile food trailer kitchen for venues without adequate facilities. Our transparent pricing includes staff travel time, and we offer flexible payment terms with a $500+GST deposit to secure your date.
Expert Wedding Day Coordination & Timing
Successful wedding catering relies on precise timing and coordination, which is why we work closely with your MC and other wedding vendors to ensure seamless service. We recommend scheduling speeches after dinner to maintain food quality, and can provide special bridal party platters for photo sessions. Our experienced team understands the importance of vendor meals and accommodates photographers, musicians, and other suppliers. Final menu selections, guest numbers, and dietary requirements are confirmed two weeks prior to your wedding, with final payment due on your special day.
